Special Collection for the Archdiocese

Next week our parish will take up the Collection for the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS). The guiding mission of the AMS is to provide the sacraments - and the reaffirming Word of Christ to the men and women serving in our armed forces, patients in VA Medical Centers, civilians working for the federal government beyond U.S. borders, and the families of these populations. To provide these services they need your help-the AMS receives no federal funding.

Help Us Build Jacob's Ladder

November is the month dedicated by the church to the holy souls of Purgatory.
Jacob (Genesis 28) dreamed of a ladder, or staircase, from earth to heaven with angels going up and down. It inspires us with God's faithfulness.
We will recreate this scene on our stairs to the balcony. Please bring photos of your loved ones who have died and we will place them on the stairs to see, remember, and pray for them. Please attach your name and phone number on the back of photo and place in basket, and we will add them to the display.
