Thank You

A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our church garden beautiful in 2019!
Our gardeners:
** Marie
** Katie
** Barb
** Robin
** Leslea
** Jeff
** Ginny
** and our rose expert ,Mary

who worked hard and all those who donated to the garden fund as well as helped by transporting things in their truck made everything come together!
Many enjoyed strolling through the garden, and we harvested lots of flowers for the altar and for bouquets to bring beauty and cheer to those who could use some.
     God bless all of you!

St. Vincent de Paul Needs: Hamburger Helper & Canned Beans

Each week the St. Vincent de Paul Society distributes food to the needy. To supplement every first Sunday, the SVDP food collection replenishes the food bank each week by letting you know what item or items to add to your grocery list. This is to contribute in feeding the hungry through the community food bank run by our St. Vincent de Paul Society.
St. Joseph's Church has joined the food drive and shall be collecting the same NON-PERISHABLE food items each week. There is a box in the vestibule for these items.
Please bring in: Hamburger Helper and canned beans….kidney beans, pinto beans, etc. (not green beans).
      For more information call (530)926-3061.

On Jan 4th and 5th, we will be taking pictures for the new Parish Directory.
It has been 10 years since we did this and we have new families and friends to include. Besides, it’s time for new pictures!
On Saturday, January 4th following Mass, we will be taking pictures in the hall between 6pm and 8pm.
On Sunday, January 5th, we will be taking pictures in the hall after mass between 10am and noon.
There will be sign up sheets in the vestibule for making an appointment. We will do our best to follow the schedule to ensure you spend minimal time waiting.
       Thank you.
